SYNOPSIS
It’s just a hard knock life at the Municipal Orphanage Girls’ Annex under the monstrous Miss Hannigan for the spunky red-headed orphan Annie and her friends. Miss Hannigan despises children, the daily routine is exceptionally tough, the conditions are horrible, the punishments are harsh, and the bellies are empty.
When Annie is selected to spend a week in the home of billionaire Oliver Warbucks, her luck turns – as the billionaire grows to love her and contemplates adopting the witty girl. Because Annie is dreaming of finding her biological parents, Oliver Warbucks decides to help her and offers a large award to anyone who finds them. But, with Miss Hannigan being who she is, and her scheming brother and his girlfriend entering the game, they come up with a plan to pose as Annie’s real family and keep the reward for themselves.
The question is – will they succeed? What would happen when an unexpected man with exceptional power steps in?
The following is true for every single person who has ever experienced Annie live on stage: you can’t help but to fall in love with the little orphan in an instant, and she will forever have a place in your heart.
“‘Annie’ is a proper feel-good, family-friendly show, and is a sheer delight from start to finish.” – A Brummie Home and Abroad
